i. Plenary, to all who from three o’clock on Good Friday until mid-day on Holy Saturday, either in public or private, spend one hour, or at least half an hour, in honour of our Lady sorrowing, in meditation or vocal prayer having reference to her sorrows, the Indulgence to be gained when the Paschal precept is fulfilled. (Special Conditions: Confession, Communion.)

ii. 300 Days, in any other week, between three o’clock on Friday and Sunday morning.

iii. Plenary, once a month, to all who practise this devotion weekly. (Special Conditions: Confession, Communion.)
